Delivery and return conditions

  1. Ordering goods, prices, payment procedure, deadlines .
    1. In the lapu.lt online store, the Buyer can buy online 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. per day. Orders by phone, e-mail by post are accepted during regular business hours.
    2. The contract comes into force from the moment when the Buyer clicks the “Confirm order” button while buying online, and after receiving the order, the Seller confirms it by sending a confirmation letter to the e-mail specified by the Buyer. by mail, and for orders made by other methods (telephone or e-mail) from the moment of payment.
    3. Product prices in the lapu.lt online store are indicated in euros, including VAT.

    6.     8. The buyer pays for the goods in one of the following ways:
      1. 1.8.1. payment using e-mail banking means advance payment using the e-mail address used by the Buyer. banking system.
      2. 1.8.2. Paysera payment system (including VISA and MasterCard payments). The responsibility for data security in this case rests with the respective bank, since all monetary transactions take place through the bank’s e-mail. in the banking system.
      3. 1.8.3. In cash upon collection of goods. The buyer must have the exact amount of money to be paid
    9. The buyer undertakes to pay for the goods immediately. Only after receiving the payment for the goods, the formation of the goods parcel begins and the calculation of the delivery term of the goods begins.
    10. 1.10. If the buyer does not complete the payment within 24 hours, the order is cancelled.
  1. Delivery of goods.
    1. The buyer, who has chosen the delivery service during the order, undertakes to specify the exact place of delivery of the goods, postal code, and to specify his exact phone number.
    2. The buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that the Buyer cannot accept the goods himself, and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer has no right to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to the wrong entity.
    3. The buyer undertakes to accept the goods the next day after receiving the notification that the parcel will be delivered to him tomorrow. If the buyer does not accept and/or pick up the shipment, it is transported again. For repeat deliveries, the Seller has the right to charge the Buyer if additional costs are incurred as a result of these deliveries.
    4. The goods are delivered by the Seller, the Seller’s authorized representative (courier) or the Buyer picks them up at the nearest post office, parcel terminals or lapu.lt office, depending on the delivery method chosen by the Buyer.
    5. The seller can apply discounts for delivery if the buyer exceeds the set amount of the order.
    6. The Seller delivers the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the terms specified in the product descriptions. In exceptional cases, delivery of goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller’s control. In this case, the Seller undertakes to immediately contact the Buyer and coordinate the terms of delivery of the goods.
    7. In all cases, the Seller is released from responsibility for the violation of the deadlines for the delivery of the goods, if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.
    8. The buyer must immediately inform the seller if the package is delivered damaged
    9. in the package, if the shipment contains unordered goods or their quantity is not correct, the order is incomplete.
    10. 2.10. The buyer, who notices damage to the package during delivery, must indicate comments in the package delivery document provided by the courier or write a separate document regarding these violations. The Buyer must do this in the presence of the courier. If such actions are not taken, the Seller is released from responsibility against the Buyer for product damage related to packaging damage, which the Buyer did not note in the delivery document of the courier.
    11. 2.11. The buyer cannot, at his discretion, change the delivery address of the goods after the shipment has been shipped. If the place of delivery is changed by personally negotiating with the courier or other delivery service, the Seller is not responsible for meeting the delivery deadline and has the right to additionally charge the Buyer for the additional costs incurred.
  1. Product quality guarantees.
    1. The details of each product sold in the lapu.lt online store are indicated in the product description attached to each product.
    2. The seller is not responsible for the fact that the color, shape or other parameters of the goods in the lapu.lt online store may not correspond to the actual size, shape and color of the goods due to the screen characteristics of the monitor or smart device used by the Buyer.
  1. Return and exchange of goods.
    1. The return of goods takes place in accordance with the Government of the Republic of Lithuania 2014. July. on the 22nd by resolution no. 738 (Official Gazette, 2014, No. 2014-10565) approved retail trade rules. In all cases, money for returned goods is transferred only to the payer’s bank account.
    2. In order to return the item(s) based on Rule 8.1. point, the Buyer can do this within 14 (fourteen) working days from the day of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, informing the Seller by means of communication specified in the contact section, indicating the name of the returned product, the order number and the reason for the return.
    3. When returning goods to the buyer, it is necessary to comply with the following conditions:
      1. 4.3.1. the returned item must be in its original, neat packaging;
      2. 4.3.2. the product must be undamaged by the Buyer;
      3. 4.3.3. the item must be unused, without losing its merchandise appearance (label intact, protective film not torn off, etc.) (this clause does not apply in the case of returning a defective item);
      4. 4.3.4. the returned product must be in the same configuration as the Buyer received it;
      5. 4.3.5. when returning the product, it is necessary to present the document of its purchase.
    4. The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with 8.3. the procedures for returning goods are established in the article.
    5. When returning the wrong product and/or low-quality product, the Seller undertakes to take back such products and replace them with similar, suitable products.
    6. In the event that the Seller does not have goods suitable for replacement, the amount paid will be returned to the Buyer, excluding the cost of delivery.
