General provisions.

  1. Delivery of goods.

The buyer undertakes to accept the goods the next day after receiving the notification that the parcel will be delivered to him tomorrow. If the buyer does not accept and/or pick up the shipment, it is transported again. For repeat deliveries, the Seller has the right to charge the Buyer if additional costs are incurred as a result of these deliveries.
  4. The goods are delivered by the Seller, the Seller’s authorized representative (courier) or the Buyer picks them up at the nearest post office, parcel terminals or lapu.lt office, depending on the delivery method chosen by the Buyer.
  5. The seller can apply discounts for delivery if the buyer exceeds the set amount of the order.

The Seller delivers the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the terms specified in the product descriptions. In exceptional cases, delivery of goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller’s control. In this case, the Seller undertakes to immediately contact the Buyer and coordinate the terms of delivery of the goods.
  7. In all cases, the Seller is released from responsibility for the violation of the deadlines for the delivery of the goods, if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.
  8. The buyer must immediately inform the seller if the package is delivered damaged
  9. in the package, if the shipment contains unordered goods or their quantity is not correct, the order is incomplete.
  10. The buyer, who notices damage to the package during delivery, must indicate comments in the package delivery document provided by the courier or write a separate document regarding these violations. The Buyer must do this in the presence of the courier. If such actions are not taken, the Seller is released from responsibility against the Buyer for product damage related to packaging damage, which the Buyer did not note in the delivery document of the courier.
  11. The buyer cannot, at his discretion, change the delivery address of the goods after the shipment has been shipped. If the place of delivery is changed by personally negotiating with the courier or other delivery service, the Seller is not responsible for meeting the delivery deadline and has the right to additionally charge the Buyer for the additional costs incurred.

Liability of buyer and seller.

  1. The Buyer is fully responsible for the correctness of the personal data provided by the Buyer. If the Buyer does not provide accurate personal data in the registration form, the Seller is not responsible for the resulting consequences and acquires the right to demand compensation from the Buyer for direct losses incurred.

  5. the item must be unused, without losing its merchandise appearance (label intact, protective film not torn off, etc.) (this clause does not apply in the case of returning a defective item);
  6.  the returned product must be in the same configuration as the Buyer received it;
  7.  when returning the product, it is necessary to present the document of its purchase. the returned item must be in its original, neat packaging;
  8. The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with 8.3. the procedures for returning goods are established in the article.
  9. When returning the wrong product and/or low-quality product, the Seller undertakes to take back such products and replace them with similar, suitable products.
  10. In the event that the Seller does not have goods suitable for replacement, the amount paid will be returned to the Buyer, excluding the cost of delivery.
